Senior Sales Representative

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage relationships with residential clients for tree removal and pruning projects
Conduct on-site consultations, providing expert advice and detailed estimates
Drive sales through effective lead generation, client engagement, and industry knowledge
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations
Utilize arborist knowledge to address client concerns and offer professional recommendations

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience - tree service industry experience prefered.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships
In-depth understanding of tree care services, including removal and pruning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
