Tree Service Sales Professional

About the Role

We need someone who can sell tree work - and sell it profitably. This isn't an order-taking position. You'll be out in the field generating your own leads, meeting with property owners, writing estimates, and closing deals at margins that keep the business healthy.

Whether your background is door-to-door canvassing, B2B sales, arborist consulting, or home services - what matters is you know how to book work at good prices and keep the schedule full. We need volume and profitability combined.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm response, B2B outreach, and referral development
• Meet with residential and commercial property owners to assess tree work needs
• Write and present estimates that are profitable for the company
• Close sales and keep the production schedule full
• Build relationships with repeat clients - property managers, HOAs, municipalities, general contractors
• Work our 9-county service area across Eastern NC

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience - tree service, landscaping, home services, or door-to-door. You know how to close.
• Pricing instinct - you can look at a job and know what it's worth. Experience estimating tree work is a major advantage.
• Self-starter - you don't wait for leads to come in. You go find them.
• Valid driver's license - required
• Reliable transportation - you'll be driving to properties across the service area
• Professionalism - you represent a company that carries full insurance and ISA membership. Act like it.
